£7 million star to be sold by West Bromwich Albion subject to one condition

If a takeover of the team is not concluded before the winter market opens, West Bromwich Albion will trade attacker Grady Diangana in January, according to Sheffield Wednesday veteran and EFL pundit Carlton Palmer.
The Telegraph revealed last week that, in the event that there isn’t a change of ownership, pressure would be put on the board to begin selling players in January in order to pay off the club’s outstanding debt.
Even though the two teams play this weekend at the Hawthorns, West Brom has been playing well in the Championship. They have won four of their past five games and are presently ranked fifth in the standings, eleven points behind league leaders Leicester City.
Grady Diangana is one man who has reclaimed his identity this season. Diangana, who paid a staggering £18 million to join the team in 2020, had a poor season last year, managing just four goals and three assists in 35 appearances across all competitions.
The DR Congolese has, however, found his scoring touch again this season, managing three goals and three assists in 13 games—just one goal less than in the previous campaign despite playing in more than 20 less games.
Even Nevertheless, Carlton Palmer has continued to suggest that Diangana be sold in order to raise money if a buyout is not finalized by January [quotes via Football League World]:
