Breaking news:Knicks guard Josh Hart discusses troubling updates regarding his health……

If New York Knicks guard Josh Hart is injured, he’s certainly not showing it.
Despite rumors suggesting he may need knee surgery after the season, Hart has been playing significant minutes for the Knicks. He’s only missed one game, averaging 37.6 minutes per contest. His commitment to being available for his team was evident during their 128-115 win over the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, where he played 40 minutes, contributing 30 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and two steals.
“What Josh did is what we needed to win. He was everywhere, flying around, doing everything,” said Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau, who had listed Hart as questionable before the game. “Good team win, good bounce back.”
Hart is focused on being there for his teammates and is having a standout season. Averaging 14.7 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 5.7 assists, Hart has been a key contributor for the Knicks, despite not having the same All-Star recognition as some of his teammates.
“Josh played his (expletive) off today,” said Knicks star Jalen Brunson after Hart’s impressive performance. “I don’t know what else to say about that. He was just a monster.”
Though Hart is uncertain if he’ll need surgery on his knee in the offseason, he’s doing everything he can to stay on the court for his team.
“I don’t know. We’ll see what it calls for at the end of the season,” Hart said. “But, like I said before, I’m a servant to (my teammates) this year. I want to make sure I put these guys in the best situation. It’s not just for them. It’s also for (Tom Thibodeau). I want to make sure that I’m available to him, I want to make sure when I’m out there, I’m playing at a high level and playing the game the way I know how to play. If I’m out there, I’m healthy enough. And I’m good.”
Stefan Bondy of the New York Post initially reported the possibility of Hart needing surgery, but later clarified his statement.
“I apologized to Josh about this because I inferred too much from his answer to the question of whether he’ll have to address the sore knee in the offseason,” Bondy said. “Poor framing on my part.”
The Knicks are also awaiting the return of center Mitchell Robinson, who has missed the entire season so far due to an ankle injury he sustained in the postseason.
“I’ve just been taking my time. I want to make sure it’s 100 percent, I ain’t trying to keep having these sit-outs and setbacks and stuff like that,” Robinson said on Wednesday. “This time, I’m just going to play it smart. Usually, I’d be young and dumb to go out there and try to get back as fast as I can. I can’t do that no more.”
Robinson has been cleared for contact and is now working toward full 5-on-5 practice. With the Knicks having just one game remaining before the All-Star break, Robinson could potentially return to the lineup after the break.

**Knicks Awaiting Mitchell Robinson’s Return**
The Knicks are also eagerly awaiting the return of center Mitchell Robinson, who has been sidelined all season due to an ankle injury he sustained in the playoffs.
Robinson has recently been cleared for contact and is working his way toward full 5-on-5 practice. With just one game left before the All-Star break, the Knicks could have a new big man in their rotation once the break ends.
