QB Jimmy Garoppolo announcement that he is leaving Las Vegas Raiders now another significant issue for team…..

The Las Vegas Raiders adventure has not started off on the right foot for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, who relapsed from his latest injury and again underwent surgery to miss part of training camp for the 2023 NFL season.
Just last March he signed his deal with the Las Vegas franchise from the San Francisco 49ers and his presence in training camp will have to wait with the black and silver.
In early December, still in Niners gear, Jimmy fractured his left foot during a game against the Miami Dolphins, a situation that forced him to miss the rest of last season.
The NFL informed that the 31 year-old quarterback went back to surgery to treat said extremity again, although this time his recovery is expected to be faster since it was mainly a cleaning, he is expected to be ready for next July.
He added, “We’re always going to make mistakes this time of year if we want to be smart. We don’t play a soccer game for 3 1/2 months, so try to rush (players) in May, it’s a bad decision.
Given his woes, the quarterback himself acknowledged last March when he signed his Raiders contract: “You hate to be in that situation. But once I got over that initial part, especially once we started making a little bit of a run in the playoffs last year, I was getting ready to ramp up again and be ready. But things didn’t work out, and I’m happy with how it ended.
