EDGE Maxx Crosby announcement that he is leaving Raiders now another significant issue for team…..

The Las Vegas Raiders are fortunate to have Maxx Crosby as a star player on the defensive line, as Crosby has proven to be one of the best edge rushers in the National Football League.
In a recent Pro Football Focus article, Maxx Crosby is listed as a tier-one edge rusher for his position in the NFL.
Maxx Crosby is the fifth-best, tier-one edge rusher on the latest Pro Football Focus Rankings. Pro Football Focus highlights that Crosby has the most quarterback pressures (100) in the last two seasons among all the other defensive edges ranked ahead of him.
Four defensive edge rushers in the tier-one rankings are ahead of Crosby. No. 1 is Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett, who earned a PFF grade of 89.5 plus grade last season with multiple quarterback sacks and a pass-rush win percentage of 22 percent. Micah Parsons, edge rusher for the Dallas Cowboys, is the second-best edge rusher in the tier one category. Parsons finished last season as top five in both pass rush and win rate. Nick Bosa, edge rusher on the San Francisco 49ers, is the third-best edge rusher in the tier one category. Bosa is coming off a season as the league’s Defensive MVP last season and led the NFL in pressures. T.J. Watt is the fourth-best edge rusher on the tier-one list. Watt was mostly injured last season, but when healthy, PFF has him as a top-tier edge rusher in the NFL.
