The Las Vegas Raiders Coach Antonio Pierce has been overlooked and disrespected his entire career.
Pierce is fine with it, as he lets it roll off him like water off a duck’s back, but it doesn’t change the reality that it exists.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Jim Harbaugh is favored to win the 2024 NFL Coach of the Year award, but beyond comprehension, Pierce isn’t listed. Not even as a long shot?
How ridiculous is that considering what he did with no training camp, no OTAs or mini-camps, taking over after the trade deadline and not only not having his staff but not even a full staff?
The Raiders are not rebuilding and are looking to make major upgrades, and for Pierce to not be in the discussion is complete disrespect and, frankly, something Raider Nation is used to.
This will certainly be another motivator for the already-inspired leader of the Silver and Black.
