The Arkansas Razorbacks returned outdoors to the practice fields on Tuesday in full pads following a season-opening win over Western Carolina on Saturday. The Razorbacks will be inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium this weekend as they host the Kent State Golden Flashes on SEC Network at 3 p.m. (CT).

The media was allowed to observe the first four periods of practice, though no cameras were permitted during fastball.

Most practices, Arkansas runs a ‘fastball’ period where they let the first, second and third teams compete against each other for approximately four plays each. It is not a true indicator of depth as oftentimes players are held out to get some different looks or to see how the team might operate with a player missing.
