Wilfried Gnonto announcement that he is leaving the Leeds now another significant issue for the Team…

Leeds United attacker Wilfried Gnonto is reportedly considering the prospect of changing agents ahead of January.
Gnonto was the subject of intense interest from Everton in the summer with Leeds rejecting four offers for the 20-year-old, one of which was said to be around the £25 million mark.
Though as many as 18 players departed Leeds following relegation in May, the saga involving Gnonto was the most dramatic as he refused to play in three matches during August, while also handing in a transfer request.
It is still unclear as to whether Gnonto was the one forcing this through, but one thing is for sure – his agent Claudio Vigorelli was often at the front of reports coming from Italy.
But now according to the Athletic, Gnonto is considering changing his agents following the intense nature of the summer window, with Leeds and Daniel Farke keen to tie him to a new deal.
Clearly a multi-million pound move to the Premier League would’ve been better for Gnonto’s agent, which is likely to be why he was pushing so hard for it to get done.
However, if Gnonto – who Leeds spent just £5 million to sign from FC Zurich – was to change agents, it could be a sign that he is very much wanting to put the summer debacle behind him, given the lengths he went to secure an exit.
