Blake Corum made sucking Announcement today about…..

His rushing yards may be short of last year, but Blake Corum has more than made up for it by getting into the end zone.

So much, in fact, the Michigan running back is one rushing touchdown shy of setting a new school record.

Corum, who currently holds the program record for rushing touchdowns in a season (24), eclipsing Hassan Haskins in the win over Ohio State on Nov. 25, will have the opportunity to break the all-time rushing TD record (55) against Alabama in the Rose Bowl.

He enters the College Football Playoff semifinal matchup on Jan. 1 (5 p.m., ESPN) with 54, after rushing for two touchdowns in Michigan’s Big Ten championship win over Iowa on Dec. 2.

“It feels great just being up there with the greats,” Corum said after the game. “That’s something that I wanted to do when I came here. Obviously I wanted to be a great football player, but I just wanted to honestly just leave an impact on and off the field, just be a great person. I feel like I’ve done that.”
