The Week 13 game between the Cleveland Browns and the Los Angeles Rams is now just two days away. The Browns, who stayed out west following their game in Denver, have not yet seen defensive end Myles Garrett return to action. Garrett is still practicing at UCLA. As rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson remains in the concussion protocol, veteran quarterback Joe Flacco is expected to start on Sunday in addition to Garrett.
If Flacco does indeed start, the Browns have an opportunity to make history by being the first team to win a season with four different quarterbacks in almost a decade. The Houston Texans of 2015 were the final team to accomplish this, and they found a way to sneak into the playoffs as a result.
Here is a list of every player that was either restricted or did not practice on Thursday as the Browns prepare to play the Rams, in addition to Garrett and Thompson-Robinson.
